Palletcentrale BV has specialised in trading with second-hand pallets for many years. The company was founded in 1968 and started collecting pallets in the Rotterdam harbour area, sorting them and supplying them to manufacturers or various types or products.

The business establishment at the Ceintuurbaan at Rotterdam, immediately at the A20 motorway, soon made the name Palletcentrale BV well known in the area.

After some years continuing growth made it necessary to move to the Overschiese Kleiweg Street at Rotterdam Overschie, a Rotterdam sub-municipality.
Its growth was quite fast here. Branches in Etten-Leur and Rotterdam South (Zuid) soon followed.

The branches in Etten-Leur and at Rotterdam Overschie were allocated to Moerdijk under the name Palletcentrale BV in 2000. Nevertheless, even these premises soon appeared to be too small due to continuing growth. The brand new, state of the art location on an area of 50,000m2 at Moerdijk, offered sufficient opportunities for the continuing expansion.

Palletcentrale BV has a market area comprising the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany and Northern France.

The range of products includes over 150 different types of pallets. Over 300,000 pallets are in stock.

Palletcentrale Groep BV sells around 4 million pallets annually.
